Taking the time difference into account, we are available every day from 08:00 to around 21:00. Sometimes a bit earlier or later. You can call, WhatsApp, or email us — we always try to respond as quickly as possible.
For urgent situations or emergencies, all apartments have the contact numbers for the police, fire department, GP, and first aid. We also do our best to be easily reachable for apartment-related emergencies.
No, unfortunately we cannot pick up or drop off guests. You will need a rental car to get to us. The car rental company we work with picks you up from the airport and takes you to the car, which is a short ride. From there, it’s best to first visit Centrum Supermarket Piscadera for groceries, which is close by. Of course, you can also rent a car directly at the airport, but make sure to reserve in advance.
Dietary requests don’t apply as we don’t provide food. We don’t do anything special for birthdays, though a bottle of bubbles can be arranged. All our apartments are accessed via stairs, so accessibility is as it is.
